Package Retriever is a business-to-business fulfillment platform. We do not sell directly to consumers. Retailers and merchants (our “Merchants”) use Package Retriever to process orders, print shipping labels, manage returns, and run analytics.

We may receive personal information about you in the following circumstances:

• You place an order with a Merchant that uses our Services to print a shipping label and ship your package.
• You submit a return using a Merchant's Package Retriever-powered returns widget or returns portal.
• You open a shipping email sent by a Merchant through Package Retriever, or click a link in one.
• You visit a Merchant's storefront that loads a Package Retriever-hosted brand logo or pixel.
• You enter a tracking number on our public tracking page.

Typical information we receive includes your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, the items in your order, and related delivery information. We may also receive technical information such as your IP address and browser/device signals when you interact with our pixels, widgets, or tracking page.

We use your information to:

• Help the Merchant process your order, ship your package, and handle your return;
• Send you order and shipment notifications on the Merchant's behalf;
• Provide the Merchant with analytics about its own customer base;
• Operate an identity graph that recognizes your activity across merchants using our Services, for the purposes described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Package Retriever may link your activity across merchants that use our Services. If a specific Merchant opts in to Commercial Activation, we may transmit hashed identifiers (never your raw email, phone, or address) to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) so the Merchant can reach its own customers with advertising on those platforms. You can opt out at any time.

You have several ways to opt out:

• Click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information;
• Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor GPC;
• Email privacy@packageretriever.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, delete, correct, port, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. See Sections 16–17 of our Privacy Policy. Where we process your personal information on behalf of a Merchant, the Merchant remains the primary controller and we will assist the Merchant in responding.
