Sendle pickups are included with every shipment. You choose your preferred pickup day when booking your label. Sendle's pickup partner will come directly to your doorโ€”no trips to the post office required. Leave your parcel in an accessible area if you won't be home. They'll knock or ring the bell when collecting, and you'll receive an email confirmation once your package is picked up.

Yes! Package Retriever supports both domestic and international shipments. You'll get customs documentation and tracking support all in one place.

You can easily update your ship from address anytime from the Settings section of the dashboard once logged in. It just takes a few clicks to make changes and keep things up to date.
